Late last month, I hosted a farewell dinner for Anuj and our three interns. I thought it would be a quiet evening, but let me tell you, I have never laughed harder than I did that night. Our seemingly quiet interns, who were here in the states for only four months, had us in stitches as they described their madcap road trips through California, Nevada, and Arizona.

It was a truly fun and memorable night.

Anuj prepared bhelpuri and samosas for dinner recently … well, if you consider late last month to be recently . It was a delicious meal.

Have you had bhelpuri before? Aarti said it was Indian comfort food. I could use some right now. Anuj, will you fly back and prepare a bowl for me?
