Yesterday, we celebrated Haley’s fifth birthday and Riley’s first. Their birthdays are on the 27th and 26th, respectively, so I suspect they will always have joint birthday parties.

Haley told me a while back that what she wanted most was to paint her fingernails. So, Arnon and I gave her a Hello Kitty purse with three bottles of children’s nailpolish inside. She loved it!

Unfortunately, she wasn’t satisfied with having her nails done; she had to paint all of ours, including Josh’s toenails.
